IFS Field Service Management Functional Consultant* Gather and Analyze Requirements
* Carry out Gap-Fit analysis
* Validate Process Flows with Business SMEs during CRP
* Prepare Functional Specs, Configuration Documents and get them ratified by CoolSys Business SMEs
* Configure the System during various phases of the Project as and when required
* Carry out Functional Testing of the Components
* Support CoolSys during Testing on issue clarification/resolution
* Provide training to users
