Informatica Data Quality Consultant (IDQ)

SO for EIC and IDQ Lead EIC and IDQ experience IS MUST (Please do not share any other profile)

* Data Quality Lead who can implement Data Quality framework and processes at an Enterprise and has experience with: Informatica Data Quality
* Experience implementing Data Quality Rules and having Big Data - Hadoop environment is plus
* Should possess very good communication skill
* Good to have Hadoop Administration knowledge security and encryption in non-Hadoop environment is plus
* 10 or more years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and EIC (MUST)
* Proficiency in IDQ development around data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handling
* Excellent knowledge on Informatica platform as a whole and the integration among different Informatica components and services
* Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using Informatica and Excel
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
* Good understanding of data governance principals
* Strong experience on data quality development process, issue management, and data remediation
* Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
* Experience with at least one end to end Master Data Management implementation is required
* •Must possess good oral and written communication and presentations skills with the ability to lead meetings effectively
* Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
* Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
* Strong work ethic with a highly positive, hands-on, can-do attitude, and flexible team player
* Proficiency using versioning tools and proficiency using debugging tools
* Proficiency programming in more than one object oriented programming language
* Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
* High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
* Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff
* Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness
* Experience using Agile methodology.
