Summary:

The Identity Architect will drive the implementation of Comcast Spotlight's identity management technology. Through deploying identity resolution technology Spotlight will optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our client campaigns through data enriched campaigns. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of identity resolution technology and industry trends through experience design and/or implementing device graph technology. In partnership with the Spotlight Product Strategy, the Identity Architect will engage both internal and external technology resources to implement graph technology for ad targeting, reporting and attribution objectives. The Identity Architect will be responsible for the design, product management and implementation of the solution. Potential candidates will have extensive experience creating architectural design proposals proving business value, detailing technical requirements and communicating implementation phases. This influential technology leader will act as the identity subject matter expert for Spotlight.

Core Responsibilities

* Evaluates identity graph technology solutions by creating assessment proposals to meet business objectives
* Designs the identity management technology by creating diagrams integration specifications and documenting features/functionality.
* Leads the implementation efforts by partnering with teams throughout the organization ensure all levels of tasks are completed
* Serves as architecture lead in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) product planning sessions.
* Demonstrate experience with SSP, DSP, DMP, linear traffic and digital ad serving technologies.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch new services, features and enhancements on time and within budget. Serves as a subject-matter expert for assigned products.
* Assesses needs and opportunities for new products through research and feasibility analysis. Manages, gathers, and analyzes competitive intelligence data for product lines.
* Participates in product modification, cost reduction, margin analysis, advertising and promotion, forecasting, product positioning and pricing strategies.
* Develops goals, budget and strategic business plans. Recommends ways to expand sales and profitability.
* Manages the product planning and scheduling process according to sales volume, inventory requirements and materials availability.
* Establishes and implement policies and procedures needed to achieve goals. Develops, mentors, and trains Specialists to ensure department work performance and objectives are met.
* Develops and manages product offerings to customers as well as working with other groups within the company to develop and support cross-functional strategy and product rollouts.
* Assists in developing product roadmaps and identifies new product offerings.
* Identifies and gathers potential product ideas, technologies, and business opportunities that can be integrated into the current product line and recommends exploration of future products and opportunities.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Travel required 10-15%

Education Level:

* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Years Experience:

* Generally requires 12+ years related experience
