The Identity Access Management Engineer's role is to plan, organize, and manage the enterprise identity environment at Reyes Holdings. This position will ensure that the identity systems and associated integrations are properly planned, installed, configured, secured, and maintained. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly the Active Directory, Federation technologies, and NetIQ identity access management system. This role will also be working closely with architects, other engineers, and operations teams. Must have excellent customer service skills, be highly proficient in both written and verbal communication, and must be able to lead projects, such as master data management, end user provisioning, and Active Directory upgrades.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

* Responsible for the architecting, management, support and maintenance of Enterprise identity systems, federation, and identity access management.


* Responsible for the stable operation, architecture, and upgrades of the global Active Directory.


* Responsible for managing single sign-on through two federation technologies, Ping Identity and Active Directory Federation Services.


* Responsible the NetIQ Identity and Access Management solution and associated integrations with Active Directory and HR systems.


* Responsible for architecting, management, support, and maintenance of the enterprise DNS infrastructure.


* Maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems.


* Interaction with Active Directory as it relates to enterprise applications


* Identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identifying problems or identity integrations.


* Work with the architecture, engineering, and operations teams to implement, design, and perform configuration changes.
* Establishes and maintains regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, Service Desk, and end users regarding pertinent activities.
* Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity and consistency within Active Directory.
* Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies.


* Responsible for identity integration to all cloud providers


* Responsible for the Federation of identities to outside application providers.


* Responsible for the service delivery of associated managed service providers.


* Any other duties as assigned.



Required Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years working experience and proficiency with Active Directory in a large enterprise;


* Minimum of 1-year experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2008 (or beyond);


* Minimum of 1-year experience managing and maintaining both Ping Identity and Active Directory Federation Services technologies;


* Minimum of 1-year experience with supporting technologies and protocols including security, DNS, ADSync, log analysis, scripting, patching, pushing out policies to endpoint clients;


* Minimum of 1-year experience scripting Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands needed to managed Active Directory or Active Directory Federation Services;


* Prior experience working with a managed service provider;


* Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization;


* Proficient in Microsoft Office;
* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science with a major in Information Technology or equivalent on-the-job experience required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Thorough working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012


* Thorough working knowledge of Active Directory.


* Experience with NetIQ Identity Access Management software.


* Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including security features.


* Sound working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP.


* Sound working knowledge of remote access technology.


* MCSE/MCIPT preferred.
