ICT System Specialist

Supporting the "Server Infrastructure and Virtualization team" and the "Skype for Business Team" in order to fulfill the required/defined SLA within the service catalogue. The provided services are called "Online Storage", "Managed Storage", "Virtual Server" "Terminal Services" and "Instant Messaging".:

Responsibilities

Supporting the "Server Infrastructure and Virtualization team" and the "Skype for Business Team" in order to fulfill the required/defined SLA within the service catalogue. The provided services are called "Online Storage", "Managed Storage", "Virtual Server" "Terminal Services" and "Instant Messaging".:

* plan, engineer, control, monitor and maintain IT services for the operation
* Define and ensure that policies will be applied
* Troubleshooting and finding solutions. If required initiate recovery processes.
* Implement new released (release management)
* Testing, approve and rollout new solutions
* Monitoring system performance incl. performance tuning if required
* Ensure the operation of HW and SW including backup
* Provide system documentation and and system monitoring
* Support IT infrastructure projects
* Ensure information security of the IT services and accomplish the defines SLAs and security profiles
* Track actions and solutions into the trouble ticket system
* Support on duty service by following 7/24 support
* Collaboration with other teams, customers and suppliers

We expect

Education:

* computer scientist graduation
* several years of experience in administering Microsoft Server environments
* several years of experience in administering VMware vSphere environments on VMC
* several years of experience in administrating Skype for Business

Diploma:

* computer scientist graduation
* Bachelor or equivalent
* Microsoft MCSA Windows Server
* Microsoft MCSE Skype for Business / O365
* VMware VCP
* Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE

Special knowledge/specific experience:

* Good knowledge of MS and Linux operating systems
* Good knowledge in storage architecture
* Several years of Experience in enterprise managed Microsoft and VMware (vSphere) environments
* Good knowledge in Skype for Business Environments
* Good knowledge in Office 365
* Good knowledge in Audiocodes SBC
* Knowledge in Handling of SfB Third Party Tools
* Knowledge in Conferencing Stuff
* Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment
* Work in a global environment/team
