In the newly established Business Security group, you will be part of an international, multi-cultural team of security experts, which together form the Business Protection & Enablement team. This team is responsible (between others) to develop and maintain the Identity and Access Governance at SWIFT.

Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will contribute to a number of key activities:

* Review and develop the Identity and Access Governance Model.
* Write, review and challenge IAM policies, standards and processes across the company to support business, strategic, security and regulatory needs.
* Standardize end-to-end IAM processes and ensure alignment of IAM processes to the IAM policies and standards.
* Develop, review and maintain a backlog of strategic and tactical IAM initiatives to reduce risk, increase usability and operational effectiveness.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IAM Specialists, Operations, HR, Procurement, IT) to define concrete requirements and prioritize future IAM initiatives.
* Lead and provide guidance in implementing complex IAM projects. Project management includes prioritization of activities, defining objectives, milestones, writing project status reports and overall ensure successful on-time implementation and deployment.
* Lead and develop specific security strategies and technical feasibility studies.

Qualifications

* University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Masters degree an asset.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security, with at least 3 years of professional experience designing, implementing, and managing Enterprise Identity and Access Management programs.
* Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
* Thorough understanding of Information Security frameworks and best practices (e.g. NIST)
* Excellent understanding of IT security and risk management
* Experience with a variety of IT security and related concepts or technologies (e.g. SSO, ADFS, MFA, Privilege Access Management, RBAC/ABAC, PKI, etc)
* Knowledge or experience managing IAM tools (e.g. Sailpoint)
* Ability and will to work independently in a multicultural and cross-regional team (Europe/US/Malaysia).
* Continuous improvement mindset. SWIFT moves to being a strong Agile organization. Living the Agile principles and experience in applying Agile in transversal security initiatives is an asset.
* Fluent in English, very good written communication.
