Job Description

Overview

The IAM Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sotheby's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program that encompasses user lifecycle management (on-boarding, transfers, off-boarding, access reviews).

Responsibilities

* Serve as a lead or key resource on IAM projects and initiatives
* Perform tasks related to end user access, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications in Sotheby's systems and applications.
* Gather requirements from internal clients/stakeholders and provide security and technical expertise to define and implement access models satisfying business requirements while adhering to the principle of "least privilege"
* Work with business and project teams to troubleshoot access issues
* Identify access inconsistencies/risks and provide resolution
* Adhere to compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards.
* Work with both internal and external audit personnel to support testing and resolution of any SAP security audit findings
* Prepare and maintain documentation

Qualifications

* 3+ years proven experience administering SAP Security: user provisioning, role creation, maintenance, and segregation of duties (SOD) analysis / resolution
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Security, Law or related discipline.
* Advanced education and or professional designations a plus
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage confidential information
* Analytical, critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills a must.
