Position Description:

The Electronic Procurement System (EPS) implementation project will provide a web based acquisition contract writing system to US Navy commands worldwide and be deployed to some 5,000 users. CGI requires an IA Security Analyst to support an off the ground effort which puts in place a new system security framework for the Navy EPS.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The person in this role will have responsibility for managing security tasks, project schedules, and project risks. Other responsibilities:

* Support the government ISSM/ISSO in policy development
* Write and maintain the System Security Plan
* Develop and maintenance of security-related artifacts, such as process documents
* Input test results, artifacts, POA&M entries, implementation plans and other content into the eMASS GRC system
* Work with cloud hosting provider and other external parties to validate and discuss inherited controls, compliance activities, etc.
* Work with CGI ACWS team members to update security-related CDRLs
* Support SCA-V system assessment planning, review and follow-up activities
* Work through all six steps of the RMF process
* Develop compliance evidence such as logs and log reviews, technical compliance artifacts and screenshots.
* Perform ongoing maintenance of eMASS POA&Ms
* Work with CGI Federal and hosting organization technical teams to implement and sustain compliance activities, such as system monitoring

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Degree

CISSP strongly preferred

CAP preferred
