Enterprise Performance - Project Delivery Specialist - Hyperion Planning and Budgeting

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

* Essbase BSO and ASO cubes - Outlines, dimensions, measures, members, metadata administration with ability to design and configure databases, complex calculations, optimization and troubleshooting issues
* Employ knowledge of Essbase to facilitate better deployment of Planning, application security, and other interface tools
* Automation, SQL, Batch scripting, Esscmd and MaxL
* Provide training and documentation for supported applications
* Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go-live.
* Understands dependencies and interrelationships between functional components of Hyperion
* Develop functional specifications and complete object development and testing including creating and maintaining documentation

The Team

Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Qualifications

Required

* 5+ years of experience in the Analyze, design, and development of the Hyperion EPM suite, especially with the Close Suite (Financial and Close Management) and Budget and Planning products
* Experience in Hyperion Planning\Essbase forms, business rules, calculation scripts, variables and databases
* Experience in the design and development of Hyperion reporting solutions and Hyperion Planning solutions and process improvements
* Develop, implement, and maintain new ASO and BSO cubes and process flows
* 2+ years of experience leading workstreams or small team
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

* Experience implementing other Oracle EPM technologies: Account reconciliation cloud services (ARCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM) etc.
* Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
* Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
* A proven track record in defining system roadmap, gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and SLAs, and implementing robust and scalable solutions
* Willingness to mentor junior staff
