Job Description
* Need to possess strong technical knowledge on Hyperion and Essbase studio tools.* Need to lead the team and ensure smooth application production support for 24/7.
* Need to interact with customer and onsite team for deliverables.
* Need to resolve the incidents as per SLA.
* Should have strong knowledge take care of Hyperion Admin activities in multiple hyperion applications
* Oracle Essbase studio to develop OLAP cubes, database modeling and analytical applications.
* Should have strong knowledge on Oracle Hyperion tools to perform budgeting and forecasting to improve business predictability.
* Should have experience in data warehouse concepts implementation and support.
* Should have experience in batch support, SLA compliance, status tracking & updates
Good knowledge on ticketing tools and ITIL concepts
