Alcon, the world leader in ophthalmology, is looking for an experienced Omni-channel/eCommerce leader to work with an exciting new team focused on Alcon's digital transformation. The Integration Manager is responsible to ensure that the new digital capabilities being developed for a strategic new platform, can be scaled and supported by the Alcon IT organization. The candidate will work very closely with IT eCommerce and ERP teams, as well as business teams, including Product, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics.

Major Accountabilities

* Serve as the primary product liaison between multiple business and IT teams, including executive leadership.
* Own the coordination, prioritization, and ultimate delivery of IT product solutions across various platforms and teams (Product, Hybris, ERP, etc.).
* Work closely with business Product & Engineering teams to define requirements and appropriate User Stories for utilization by Lean development teams.
* Provide guidance when necessary around how they can be technically implemented.
* Collaborate with business Growth, Product, & Engineering teams to design creative venture solutions that meet business needs, including evaluation of alternative architectural solutions.
* Bring strong understanding of B2C and B2B eCommerce and software integration best practices, use cases, and architecture principles.
* Apply industry best practices and design patterns to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance.
* Support product operational teams as needed.
