HRIS Technical/Functional Systems Analyst

Job Description

As the HRIS Technical/Functional Analyst, you will play an important role in the success of the NFL's newly launched HR systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud. The HRIS Systems Analysts will be responsible for configuring and maintaining modules within the HCM Cloud system. Your focus will be configuring and updating the HR, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation modules within HCM Cloud. In this role you will perform configuration updates, analyze new features in HCM Cloud, perform regression testing during upgrades, and provide general support to end-users while continuously looking for opportunities to improve the NFL's HR systems. You will also develop ad-hoc reports on a frequent basis both in OTBI and BI Publisher.

* 5 years supporting Core HR for activities such as configuring new departments, job, locations, and grades
* Experience performing UI customizations
* Experience creating or updating new security roles and security profiles
* Demonstrate experience in understanding business needs and communicating that to technical team
* Hands on experience working with a managed service vendor
* Ability to perform user acceptance testing
* Experience reporting defects
* Ability to clearly communicate with end business users
* Maintain HR Security by assigning/removing roles to/from users
* Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred
* Strong client service orientation
* Strong team player
* Willingness to learn and expand skillset to new processes and modules
* Highly effective written and oral communication skills
* Excellent judgment skills and willingness to take accountability and ownership
* An eye towards continuous improvement
* Willingness to travel approximately four times a year
