Manage Tier 1 ticket on production issues related to Workday HCM, Recruiting and Talent Management .Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues .Update/enable configurations on Recruiting and HCM modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for Workday releases as well as weekly releases .Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing .Partner with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document reporting requirements. Create advanced custom reports. Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts .Participate in system testing
Skillset:
* Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in supporting Workday Cross Application Platform including configurations and EIB required * Experience in configuring Workday Recruiting preferred * Advanced knowledge of Workday business object relationships, Report Writer and Calculated Field required preferred * Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must * Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions * Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
