Job Description

The HR Technology Project Manager will deliver technical solutions to Global Human Resources. Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource information systems (HR Technology) activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment and regulatory compliance. Lead the design and implementation HR Systems solutions.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Project Management:
* Lead project team from various departments, locations, functions and countries to implement technical solutions to streamline HR processes by leveraging technology.
* Identify project scope and priority with key stakeholders.
* Lead project meetings
* Develop Project Plans with detailed task and timeline.
* Resource management
* Meet with HR to gather detailed requirements and complete Business Requirements Document (BRD).
* Meet with IT to explain the detailed requirements and assist the developer to test.
* Conduct integration and functional testing.
* Support HR testing
* Create Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)


* Perform application walkthroughs, fit/gap analyses, workshops, business process analyses, specifications, test plans, trouble shooting, acceptance testing and training.
* Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet needs.
* Create and ensure accurate process documentation is designed and updated for all HRIS processes.
* Help maintain data integrity in PeopleSoft by reviewing and analyzing data.
* Write, maintain and support a variety of queries.
* Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation.
* Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches.
* Collaborate with HR and IT to coordinate solutions to resolve issues, enhancements, patches or upgrades.
