HOSPITALITY IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST - SALIDO

New York City, NY

Hospitality Implementation Specialists work closely with their Hospitality Experience Manager and Hospitality Implementation Engineer on new customer onboardings, installations, training, and go-lives. T

You will be responsible for setting up SALIDO software and hardware.

You will go on-site with customers, work with multiple stakeholders to ensure an ideal installation of the product, confidently configuring POS workflows, prep station routing, and accessories when needed.

You will aslo participate in a Support Team shift rotation, executing customer support to established standards.

What else you will be doing:

* Learns SALIDO POS system and becomes a product expert
* Independently installs SALIDO at restaurants, ensuring all hardware is online and fully tested
* Sets up new locations in SALIDO Bridge, uploads menus, configures and pins all menu items based on customer needs
* Adjusts workflows, mapping, and equipment configuration as needed during go live,documenting status and results in Hubspot
* Comfortable training staff, managers, and above store management on the product, tailoring content and style to each party's concerns with the system
* Independently covers primary Support shifts as needed to triage support tickets and escalate as necessary

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

* Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Minimum (2-3) years of Hospitality Experience
* Passion for the Hospitality industry with working knowledge of restaurant operations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and self-educate through internal resources
* Proactive, detail-oriented, confident and motivated
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines, working on several projects at once

How to be an All Star:

* Bachelor's Degree, Business or Hospitality Management preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite
* Familiarity with CRM/Project Management tools (i.e. Zendesk, Hubspot, Aircall)

* Travel Requirements: 50%
