Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate IT Analyst to join the Hospitality IT Department to help support a variety of hospitality applications in our rapidly evolving technology environment. This analyst is excited by new challenges, able to work at a rapid pace, driven to always move forward, curious, open and honest, organized and diligent in prioritizing work. This position works closely with senior IT analysts and our business partners to provide day to day IT support and participate on projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of delivering the next generation of hospitality technology. Occasional travel is required to our Colorado and out of state resort locations.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Operational Support

* Supports the company's hospitality systems by providing troubleshooting, management and resolution of software issues and lower level enhancement requests. This includes all features and modules of the core applications such as the property management system (PMS), private club management and spa management software.
* Assists with reviewing software releases and participates in the testing/rollout of those releases.
* Works with software vendors to resolve issues as needed.
* Navigates the organizational structure to build relationships with key stakeholders in Hospitality and IT.
* Occasionally works with IT Field Analysts to support the lodging IT environment.
* Effectively communicates with system users, IT Managers and business leadership regarding the status of system issues, enhancements and ongoing projects.
* Assists with PCI/SOX compliance requirements for applicable systems.
* Creates or assists in the creation of user documentation.
* Effectively works in a fast paced and complex environment requiring the need to change priorities especially during the winter busy season.
* May require off hours and weekend assistance.
* Other duties as assigned.

Business Partnership

* Works with senior IT resources and business leadership in responding to evolving business requirements, determining how technologies will continually meet these needs.
* Identifies opportunities to better integrate hospitality IT systems with all areas of the business.

Required Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS/Software Engineering or related experience through training and/or work experience.
* IT Business Analyst experience preferably with hospitality systems.
* Ability to learn new IT systems and business operations.
* Ability to follow up consistently to ensure issue resolution.
* Experience with MS Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Must have a valid Driver's License.
