Your Impact:

* Fielding inquiries/problems and providing updates to all users, including VIP/Senior Management on progress and completion of requests (white glove service)
* Identifying, researching and resolving technical problems
* Providing desktop support for computers and software via phone and direct contact with all users
* Installing, repairing and configuring PC's, peripherals, and other end user equipment including, IP phones, Macs, iPhones and iPads
* Maintaining documentation for all helpdesk and end user processes and procedures pertaining to all users
* Taking initiative and driving all aspects of the product in order to meet business unit requirements and deliver superior client satisfaction
* Working with the business unit and/or application owner to provide acceptance testing on developed features to ensure all business and functional requirements have been met
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve break/fix and configurations issues with Windows and Mac hardware and software in an enterprise networking environment

What you'll offer:

* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Helpdesk for both phone and desk side support (in Financial Services required)
* Extensive experience working in a 100+ user enterprise environment with a broad range of technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft networking and MS Office applications
* Proven experience with Windows 10, MS Office 2016, Windows Active Directory, Group Policy concepts, IOS, and Apple Hardware
* Experience in configuring and supporting iOS and Android devices in Microsoft Exchange based networks
* Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp experience
* SCCM Administration experience
* Airwatch, Good or equivalent MDM experience
* Understanding of networking principles, practices and technologies, specifically, a working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and internet protocols.
* Experience in using a Trouble Ticket system (ServiceNow a plus)
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and can understand the jargon of technical teams and clients' needs, helping to facilitate communication among those groups
* Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
* Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail
* Strong problem solving capabilities. Experience dealing with a demanding client base, and the ability to readily adapt and offer balanced solutions, even under stress
* Ability to lead and make decisions in highly pressurized situations where there is a need to achieve results
* Sought by others to explain/resolve more complex technical issues. Possesses sufficient technical knowledge, training and experience to be capable of successfully delivering technical services using his/her skills without often requiring support and instruction from others
* Evaluates solutions for long-term benefit and impact, not settling for short-term resolution only
* Able to converse intelligently and accurately with customers and management on the impact of a new desktop technology, platform and/or design criteria
* Recognizes key issues inherent in problems and addresses them in relation to their severity and importance
* Proven ability to work independently and as a cooperative team player in a dynamic environment
* Ability to plan and guide projects through the project lifecycle
* Ability to work extended and flexible hours (i.e. after-hours calls and weekends as needed)
* Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

* Package Software and scripting
* WSUS / SCUP / Adobe updates
* Cat5e and Cat6 patching and troubleshooting
* Experience with AV and Video Conferencing (configuration and support)
* Current industry certification
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
