Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for leading American Corporations. We are currently seeking a HelpDesk Support for our client in the Healthcare domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits, exciting challenges, and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Pasadena, CA

Compensation: Best Market Rates

Role: HelpDesk Support

Primary Skills: HelpDesk

Role Description: The HelpDesk Support would need to have at least 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.

Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support. Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime.

You will assist with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software.

Education: Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
