Responsibilities

* Maintain, install & troubleshoot, Desktops, Laptop, VOIP Cisco Phones, & Office Printers.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, knowledge of MS Office & Windows 7 required. Experience supporting desktop systems in an Active Directory / Exchange environment required.
* Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone and email. Remote Users computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
* Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, analyzes, and resolves problems.
* Maintains and updates help desk tickets and issue tracking system.
* Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
* Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
* Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
* Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
* May involve use of problem management databases and/or help desk system.

Qualifications

* Bachelor or Assocaites degree in the field of information technology / computer science or related field preferred
* 2-4+ years help desk technical experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will require ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments. Employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud noise.
