CTG is currently recruiting for a Help Desk-360 App Specialist in Denver, CO

This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Pay Rate: $18-$21 BOE (Sorry no holiday or vacation pay)

Description

* 360 App Installs- Install application on customer server/computer- remotely
* Troubleshoot downed devices as needed
* Complete the data integrity on information pulled as a result of software installation
* Manage current accounts that stop communicating to ensure restarts or reinstalls as needed.
* Will be making a minimum of 20-25 outbound calls per day
* Track and report App Installs daily
* Encourage all customers to install Electronic Monitoring Software
* Learn the other aspects of the 360 App software to assist in the daily maintenance of the application
* Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years related office/ IT experience is preferred
* Basic Understanding of IP addresses, IP Ranges, Firewalls & Proxy Settings/ TCP/IP
* Database management experience preferred
* Comfort level working with Technology/Software.
* Professional and enthusiastic telephone and communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills and must work well in a team environment.
* Must be dependable and punctual.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Familiarity with the internet required.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
* Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
* Must have strong ethics and ability to work as an effective, collaborative team member.
* Ability to work overtime if necessary

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

* Ability to work under stress/pressure.
