* Provide excellent customer service via phone & email * Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. * Consistently meets established production & quality goals of 98% production, 95% quality Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Software required, specifically excel Understanding of work unit business and procedures. * Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted. * Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported Ability to successfully utilize 2 screens navigating many systems at one time * Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. * Make logically decisions when it comes to request. * Make correct judgement when it comes to request and able to multi-task.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent required. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * 1 to 2 year experience in a help desk experience. * Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. * Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
