NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Help Desk Administrator with Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The HelpDesk/Admin resource will provide technical support services and troubleshooting for client and internal IT systems. The position will ensure the configuration of all client desktop hardware and software systems and provide proactive ongoing maintenance. The role is also responsible for vulnerability and patch management as well as ensuring security system compliance across multiple environments. A Top Secret Clearance is required.

Experience required includes:

* IT Help Desk and System Admin support expertise (Tier 1/2, client side and infrastructure administration and maintenance)
* Experience with the coordination of upgrades, outages, and service interruptions across multiple functional teams
* Experience with Help Desk Ticket System administration, management, and reporting
* Demonstrated expertise in providing System Admin functions including basic Active Directory, user account management, backup system software, VDI, Citrix/VMware troubleshooting, device configuration (VoIP phones, printer, scanner, switch, router, VTC)
* Strong experience with server/desktop patching, vulnerability and patch management system remediation
* Ensure network connectivity throughout LAN/WAN and telecommunication infrastructure
* Previous experience with Network Management System software configuration and reporting
* Experience in administering, maintaining, supporting Type-1 crypto equipment preferred
* Experience authoring system documentation including SOPs, knowledgebase articles, as-built guides
* Familiarity with the ITIL Framework
* Strong communications skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

* Top Secret Clearance
* Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Sciences or related degree or equivalent experience
* 4-6 years of relevant experience
* Flexible work schedule (~10AM-6PM)
