Job Description

MetroStar Systems is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator that is passionate about IT support and customer interaction. If you want to join a company that values technical expertise and challenges and are open to commuting to the 1600 block of Downtown DC, we want you to work for MetroStar!

Our team is responsible for secure network support and management. We Manage LAN performance, network security and all facets of network design. Come be a game changer and join our team!

You're a great fit if…

* You have Microsoft desktop/help desk support experience
* You like a challenging environment
* You enjoy working with customers
* You're passionate about the customer experience

You'll love our position if…

(This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

* You have 6+ months experience in a helpdesk environment
* You have 6+ months experience with the Microsoft suite
* You have a High School Diploma and an active TS/SCI clearance

We'll REALLY love you if….

(This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

* You have Microsoft Certified Desktop Support
* You have experience with security
* You have knowledge of adobe acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint
* You have a Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
* You a security certification or are planning on obtaining one.

What your day will look like:

* You'll work with team members to provide Tier 1 customer support
* You'll also provide operational support to the National Security Council
* You'll provide day-to-day support of multiple classified networks

The Admin Stuff:

* TS/SCI clearance required to apply. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship is required
