NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Health Plan Enterprise Architect to join our NTT Data Health Plan Architecture team. The candidate for this role will be expected to travel approximately 75% depending on location of client project.

The candidate for this role will be a seasoned Enterprise Architect, with a background in the various technologies and stacks (MS & Oracle), web services / SOA and ESBs, Health Plan business model and common processes/practices to work as both an advisor and lead designer on major delivery programs focused on transforming the technology solution ecosystem for Health Plan clients.

Role Responsibilities

* Acts as a Lead Architect responsible for overall system architecture and design
* Ensures that systems are built for change, scalable, reusable, and maintainable
* Develops complex and innovative solutions to business problems
* Coordinates with team members for peer and customer reviews of system architecture
* Works in conjunction with Program or Delivery Manager to size, manage scope and risk
* Leads and mentors the project delivery team during design, construction and testing of the project
* Analyze and evaluate customer business and technical requirements
* Plays a key role in managing and executing technology solutions that deliver client value and lasting business impact
* Manages the overall key design areas of the system

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
* 10+ years of relevant and progressive IT experience
* 8 - 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
* 4 - 5+ years Health Plan experience
* 5+ years of experience in Information Security consulting
* 5+ years of experience consulting IT Strategy and Roadmap
* Ability to consider IT and business challenges
* Solid influencing and communication skills
* Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
* Strong client service attitude
* Organizational and time management skills
