Description

The Head of Enterprise Architecture will lead the technology vision, strategy, maintenance and management of the IT architecture needs enterprise wide. The Head of Enterprise Architecture will partner with all stakeholders, leadership and subject matter experts, to develop, present and approve an IT Strategy that is aligned with the business mission, goals and processes related to current and future needs of the organization.

* Lead the IT Strategy processes through the enterprise.
* Evaluate and update the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and short and long-term goals of the business lines.
* Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders and maintain an in-depth knowledge of strategic business plans in order to communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies.
* Manage a team of business architects.
* Direct the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology enterprise wide.
* Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiencies that are in line with business strategies enterprise wise.
* Develop architectural metrics and reports enterprise wide.
* Lead the architectural processes and methodologies enterprise wide.

Qualifications

15+ years in a Senior Management role with demonstrated experience in IS & Technology Architecture, Strategic Planning, Exec Planning and Collaboration

Proven history of working across business lines to gain consensus and drive results while mitigating risk and exposure. Experience in managing very large scaled projects. Skilled in delivering architectural initiatives driving revenue and improving efficiency. Strong communication and leadership skills; possesses an in-depth knowledge of Information Systems & Technology Architecture at an enterprise level. Experienced at managing a team of senior business architects. Experienced at developing IT solutions from design, build, deploy and run. Deep knowledge on Financial Service capability model (sales, operations, risk, finance and support services). Deep IT management, design and oversight of IT Architecture at an enterprise level.
