Job Description

Do you want to play a vital part in the design of our current and future banking technology? Do you have proven track record to partner in the definition, measurement and delivery of standards, reference architectures and solution designs? Do you know what it takes to help drive a comprehensive architecture program?

We're looking for an IT technical architect who can help us:

* define technology standards, reference architectures and provide overall architectural governance for the Finance, Risk and Analytics Services (FRAS) Technology towers
* develop, implement, run and measure the architecture governance program for FRAS
* develop the charter and terms of reference for the FRAS architecture board and then work with domain CTOs, application leads and Solution Architects to maintain a cadence of actionable architecture presentations for review at the architecture board meetings
* in partnership with the domain CTOs and solution architects, maintain comprehensive, full lifecycle roadmaps, architectures and solution designs focused on driving our multi-year strategy
* monitor of Key Procedural Controls for architecture
* assess, refine and implement a standard design review process in partnership with IT Risk and Architecture Governance and then measure to ensure adherence and health of program
* guide application teams to successful delivery of refactored and greenfield cloud applications
* make sure technical solutions are integrated into our heterogeneous and highly automated infrastructure
* collaborate with cloud and developer transformation leads to ensure transformation programs are consistent with defined architectural standards
* represent Finance & Risk Technology in the Group Technology architecture forums, helping to shape Group Technology architecture vision and strategy. This is a two way dialogue both representing the needs of Finance, Risk & Analytics Services Technology, and also sharing, communicating and driving Group Technology architecture decisions within the Finance & Risk Technology organization
