As the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Administrator you will act as a subject matter expert and super user for the GRC system (Rsam). You will be responsible for Rsam optimization within Corporate Services, but will also serve as a liaison to other departments regarding data governance, change management, and system maintenance performed by the GRC vendor and/or IT.

What you'll do:

* Participate in the implementation, integration and maintenance of Rsam for Corporate Services
* Assist with development of Rsam workflows and supporting documentation for Corporate Services
* Create/modify Rsam dashboards, views and reports
* Update moderately complex configuration schemas for Corporate Services
* Work with Rsam configuration/implementation vendors, systems architects, or other applicable third parties to ensure/sustain maximum functionality
* Aid Corporate Services users in collection/creation of quantifiable data for risk assessment and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
* Collaborate with company users and GRC vendors in developing business requirements and adapting templates to meet the company's needs, emphasizing identifying what portions of pre-existing materials are applicable and what needs to be tailored;

What you'll bring:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Five (5) years additional relevant experience in an environment that supports integrated risk management.
* Experience at a Big 4 as an IT Auditor or a GRC consultant highly desired.
* At least 2 years of experience with one or more GRC technology platforms (e.g., Rsam, Archer, Bwise, MetricStream) preferred.
* Performance as a consultant, auditor, business process improvement or internal controls specialist, including interfacing with colleagues/clients on governance solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to work with information management concepts, such as data analysis to support business requirements, data modeling, data quality/validation.
* Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization approaches and tools (e.g. GRC systems, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Microstrategy, etc.);
* Working knowledge of how to implement/sustain key internal audit, risk and/or compliance initiatives, using technology for process optimization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think globally.
