What you will be doing

In this role, you will report to the Development Manager. This role will develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

* You will analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.
* Participate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
* Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
* Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
* May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

* 0-3 years' experience in programming languages of C, C++ and Java, SDLC and database technologies.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
* Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing personal and professional relationships among diverse internal and external clients.
* Willing to learn and have flexibility in learning new technologies.
