10+ years of experience in managing Production Services.

* Seven + years of support experience working in critical systems for a large multi-national commercial/corporate bank
* Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
* Strong stakeholder management.
* Ability to deal with complex information, processes and relationships
* Good at handling clients and can demonstrate empathy to client situations and challenges.
* Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills.
* Good ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly establish credibility.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

* Exposure to Banking and financial industry
