Job Description Summary:

This position will provided technical expertise in the use of GIS, CAD and automated mapping systems. Create geospatial databases and mapping products; provides spatial analysis and end user support; create documentation on data and workflows; conducts testing of geospatial applications and performs QA/QC on data, processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree (four year) in geography, science, engineering, business or another related field, or equivalent, demonstrated expertise.
* Must have demonstrated ability developing desktop and/or web applications/services in Python, Java, javascript and SQL.
* Must have working knowledge of service-oriented computing, system architectures, standard software development protocols and coding standards.
* Experience working with cloud technologies and machine learning a plus, i.e. Azure Functions, Event Hub, Data Bricks, Spark, etc.
