What is the job?

* Appling vulnerabilities patches for installed application
* Installing MS KB's
* Updating Applications
* Application configuration changes
* Unwanted Software Removal
* Remove associated files
* Updating software
* Win10 replacement
* Verifying SCCM is working and deploying changes

What you bring to the job?

* Knowledge of network, patch vulnerability applications
* Knowledge of Window 7 & 10 Operating environments
* Operational knowledge of SCCM
* Excellent PC skills and technically fluent IT operations
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Customer focused, highly organized and detail oriented
* Experience in Desk Side Support
* Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
