This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using AGILE life cycle development, you'll build new solutions to modernize grants IT systems. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

* 5+ years of experience with Java or J2EE, JSF, and JSP application development
* Experience with Web services implementation
* Experience with Java development frameworks and working with Ext.js, Angular.js, or Boorstrap.js
* Experience with UNIX or Linux development environment and any IDE Eclipse, JDeveloper, or other
* Experience with Git, Subversion, or any other source control software
* Experience in working onsite with the client, conducting feasibility analysis and preparing recommendation briefings
* Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development methodology
* Public Trust clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and object-oriented (OO) design and development
* Experience with Ruby on Rails
* Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or H-Base databases
* Experience with Jenkins and a DevOps or DevSecOps environment
