Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Developer or Senior Developer who thrives in a team environment, has outstanding interpersonal skills, a desire to learn new technologies, and who wants to be part of a progressive team.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

* Working closely with other team members developing in an agile framework
* Developing reusable components to be used on large scale enterprise web applications
* Building sound technical solutions to meet user requirements
* The following skills are essential for success in this role:
* Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
* JavaScript framework experience, such as Angular or React
* Knowledge of best practices and coding patterns to ensure the consistency of technology solutions and development
* Ability to document software designs and code changes
* Ability to perform analysis and create designs based on mock-ups
* Should possess Strong Communication Skills
* Ability to interact with other team members for status updates, code review meetings, and others
* Performs under minimal supervision on significantly complex software development assignments
* Knowledge of source control systems, such as Git
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software

The following technical skills are preferred, but not required:

* Prior experience building Salesforce Lightning components and/or developing with Salesforce Apex would be an added advantage
* UI/UX design experience using Sketch
* Knowledge with designing and/or developing responsive designs
* Knowledge on Web services/APIs
* Knowledge on MVC pattern
* Experience with NodeJS
* Systems Integration experience and leveraging documented API's
* Ability to do estimates for his/her tasks
* Shows sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision-making skills
