Your Role and Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for our growing Financial Systems area….

Looking for Business Analytics professional with experience in the field of Management Info Systems, specifically with strong analytical and development skills and with experience working with relational database, ETL tools, in support of Finance, Accounting and Business Operations customers.

Position Duties

* Technical implementation, system support, administration and maintenance of Db2 and Datastage solution in support of Finance customers
* Analyzing changes or new requests from customers or business process owners
* Performing and managing Datastage ETL processes and DB2 solution
* Maintaining security filters and groups, end users access management and data security
* Develop and maintain ETL processes to source and load data
* Develop and maintain chores and processes in TM1 or equivalent OLAP tools.
* Develop and maintain Excel templates to perform data load and extract
* Perform tie out to source systems
* Create and iterate test procedures to ensure proper function and data integrity
* Perform root cause analysis of technical and process issues.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

* Experience working with DB2 relational databases on z/OS

Experience with ETL, automation and business information tools
* Requires demonstrated communication and customer interfacing skills;
* Working knowledge of the business processes being supported;
* Ability to manager deliverables and data availability to meet business critical deadlines.
* Working knowledge of the following tools is important: Excel, SQL/QMF, DB2, Datastage

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

* Experience working with relational databases
* Experience working with Python
* Experience with Cognos Analytics
* Experience developing technical solutions from new business requirements
* Experienced with ETL, automation and business information tools
* Financial Planning and/or Accounting experience
* Industry experience
