POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist the Financial Systems team in various project development activities, such as reporting improvement, analysis of systems in place and future solution to deploy. You will also gain exposure to core system (SAP S4 HANA, SAP/BW, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, NetSuite). You will highly support the Compliance activities with a strong focus on generating KPI's and detailed analysis. This activity will help defining area of improvements aligned with the strategy of the Head of Financial Systems.

You will support the ONE ROOF team in the setup of the Financial Systems requirements for the USA in close coordination with Europe. This includes developments of SQL database, maintenance of current extraction from SAP systems, support and developments of Excel VBA.

This assignment is expected to be approximately six (6) months in duration.

Your main activities will consist of:

* Development of Reporting and Visual Management (40%)
* Support on any Data integrity/project activities (35%)
* Data extractions and analysis for Audit/Compliance requirements (25%)
* Organize and perform trainings on the newly developed Reporting and processes to the Finance community.

Qualified Experiense/Skills:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Economics or a related major or equivalent education and experience is required.

Experience:

* 1-2 years of experience in a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role required
* Strong MSExcel skills are required
* Experience with SQL databases and SAP preferred.
* Demonstrated Communications skills required.
* Highly efficient, conscientious and diligent work approach, complemented by a service- and a results-oriented work attitude.
* Able to identify, analyze and solve complex problems and issues in a straightforward manner, demonstrating strong analytical and decision-making skills and timely follow through to closure.

This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
