Your Role

We are seeking experienced Data Management Consultants to support our Analytics, Data & Reporting group within Finance & Risk (F&R) at Accenture. The role spans focuses on delivery across all data domains as well as a number of specific data-driven capabilities.

Our team members at this position level within Accenture excel with some of the following responsibilities:

* Agile Delivery: Consultant must have the ability to adapt amidst changes in industry trends, project scope, resourcing, delivery timelines, defects and more in order to ensure successful delivery.
* Cross-Industry Delivery: Consultant must be flexible to deliver solutions across industries and client departments. Industries include Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance while client departments include Finance, Risk & Compliance.
* Client Proposals: Consultant must provide support managing business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients.
* Data Requirements Gathering: Consultant must be able to clearly identify and document client requirements to ensure project team activities are aligned with overall objective. In addition, resource must actively seek out systems owners to ensure all data sources are investigated.
* Communication with Delivery Teams and Clients: Consultant must be able to clearly communicate with agile delivery teams and respectfully hold clients accountable for delivery timelines.
* Data Lineage & Quality: Consultant must understand the origin of each of the client's data domains and understand how data is transformed throughout architecture platforms in order to trace any potential errors and support the overall data analytics process.
* Data Mapping: Consultant must identify client data sources, understand and document the relationship between all data sources and map the correct field values to target technology values to ensure tools (i.e. dashboards, websites, etc) being built work as expected.
* Data Architecture: Consultant must be comfortable with understanding data information across client source tables/files, databases and other systems in order to understand the origin and structure of client data.
* Data Analytics: Consultant must have the ability to synthesize client data as it relates to both technical and business processes to understand what analytical tools and platforms would be useful in complementing the data to provide impactful summary views of data to the client.
* Data Privacy: Consultant must recognize areas within client engagements that require standards to be implemented to ensure data privacy across firms.
* Innovation: Consultant must remain active in driving research initiatives about emerging vendors and technology advancements within data management in order to progress capability development and provide clients a comprehensive set of up-to-date marketplace offerings.
* Knowledge Graphs: Consultant must understand the visualization and lineage capabilities of knowledge graphs in order to identify areas within data driven solutions where this technology can be utilized.
* AI, Machine Learning & Robotics Process Automation (RPA): Consultant must identify opportunities with clients to incorporate artificial intelligence within their data driven solutions and must drive offerings within these areas.
* Proficiency in Data Regulations: Consultant must be aware of ongoing regulations that require data driven solutions. Some examples include AML/Financial Crime, CCAR and BCBS 239.
