NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Field Tech Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

* Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
* Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
* Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
* Performs maintenance and repair serv
* Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
* Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
* Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of a professional/technical field.
* Apply a basic understanding of the underlying principles of a professional discipline - typically obtained through formal study.
* General knowledge of procedures and activities within own work are
* Ability to relate actual day- to-day work to business prioritie
* Focused on learning the key aspects and duties of the job being performed
* Applies research, information gathering and analytical skill
