As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key components of Drupal-based solutions to create fantastic citizen experiences for our Federal clients, positively impacting millions of US citizens. The Senior Drupal Developer has built expertise either the frontend theming, site building, or backend development and administration aspects of the Drupal platform.

In addition to bringing a high level of technology skills to bear, you have also demonstrated the ability to:

* Translate website designs and business requirements into scaleable, maintainable technology solutions
* Exhibit determination to find solutions to problems
* Work well in teams and independently
* Follow structured Agile processes and offer improvements to development and operations processes
* Follow development best practices, such as unit testing code and participating in or leading code reviews
* Set a good example and mentor junior developers
* Proactively communicate status and risks to project leadership
