We're looking for talented people with experience in user design, agile, full-stack development, DevSevOps and AI who are creative, innovative, collaborative and passionate about working with other high performers. This is your opportunity to join a agile team working on cutting edge, cloud and open source-based technology and innovative AI and machine learning applications to support our client's IT system delivery leveraging tools in a Big Data Platform.

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the project work activities in accordance with client requirements and schedule. The Scrum Master will be working with business stakeholders, project teams and other personnel to coordinate efforts of team members and contractors to deliver on implementation deadlines. Related responsibilities include:

(a) driving continuous improvements for the delivery teams

(b) facilitating project teams to resolve impediments, create culture of openness and collaboration

(c) coordinating project activities across agile teams to deliver value

(d) supporting the Product Owner and Program Manager with agile toolsets, project support and priorities

(e) leveraging data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across project lifecycle

(f) managing sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, retros and backlogs

(g) coaching team members and project stakeholders in agile best practices to realize fullest potential for delivery.

Additionally, this individual will work closely with development teams to determine level of effort and ensure product deliverables meet time-sensitive requirements, as well as monitor and report project progress and status to business stakeholders. The role will also involve assisting in the presentation of system demos and reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
