The Process Integration Senior Analyst will design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. Work with the team to identify the high-level impacts that each group will experience from process and technology changes, Document the change impacts, Assist in developing the change plan. Assist in developing and executing the communications plan. Support the design, and delivery of training to ensure the success of the changes being deployed. This role will require ability to work across the organization to understand change impacts for the Human Resources organization.

The Process Integration Senior Analyst will also understand the technical changes which impact the HR Organization and provide operational support the systems and integrations.
