Network Operations - Provide technical support in Network Operations and assist in keeping all service and operational level agreements. The Network Technician is responsible for the day to day support of all environments and optimization of the network infrastructure across the company. This person will work support tickets, make changes where necessary using the CR process and provide on site support when needed during special events. They will also need to drive to sites to provide hands on support for other operations team members during rollouts, equipment changes, etc. They will also participate in operational projects as well.
