Organize on-boarding of new BPO vendors to the solution B CRM platform through organized and methodical planning, controlled execution of required tasks, planning and executing comprehensive Service Rehearsal Tests, and implementing necessary remediation measures. Responsibilities: Create standard deployment activity checklists. Create vendor-specific mobilization checklists. Perform vendor as-is/to-be analysis, training, and other deployment activities in conjunction with other teams.

Assist in execution of deployment activities. Develop Service Rehearsal Test scenario inventory and test conditions. Perform execution of SRT scenarios, documenting pass/fail and informing remediation steps.
