* Manage product update cycles across multiple code releases for software used in the performance evaluation of client and supporting offices as a basis for determining future funding allocations
* Provide client with .NET/ASP technical solutions to requested business requirement changes
* Oversee development team and assign tasks to ensure adherence to release schedule and product quality, prioritizing select modules and/or code updates as necessary Lead in-person and remote client training sessions for users of the tool, held annually to address software changes, and provide ongoing remote technical support
* Create and maintain documentation for both user and technical reference
* This role is remote: NY
