THE WORK…

Seeking detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical and problem solving skills to be a part of our development team in Washington, DC. This is client-facing role that provides process support, customer service and solution building to the end user. Configuration Specialist will analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports. Communication with end user and understanding the problem.
