In this role, the Business & Integration PM will manage technical programs through various stages of the project lifecycle. Work direclty with client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals. Lead cross-functional teams in varying size that focus on delivery excellence, meeting client commitments, and helping drive outcomes for our customers. This includes managing stakeholders, issues, risks, dependencies, resources, budget, and associated deliverables on a strict timeline. Manage and grow relationships with partnering organizations, stakeholders, and external customers as appropriate. Coach and mentor team members.

The individual shall possess the following:

* Desire to grow as leader and grow the business
* Experience with VA and MHS clients and ecosystem partners
* Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and adhering to strict timelines
* Self-starter - take initiative and proactively offer solutions to problems
* Demonstrated willingness to innovate and challenge the status quo
* Able to upward manage effectively with sector and portfolio leaders
* Ability to analyze, define and visualize solutions for poorly defined issues
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Advanced communication and writing skills, especially relating to business development. Must be able to write compelling content.
* Understanding of military and veteran culture and commitment to service
* Excellent communication and public speaking skills
