FACILITIES SYSTEMS ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities: CTC seeks a highly-motivated facility systems analyst with at least 6 years of experience to support DoD clients and facilities, sustainment, restoration and modernization (FSRM) programs as a lead analyst. The incumbent will serve in a client-facing role and leverage technical expertise to formulate, develop, and implement policies, processes, project validation and programs related to FSRM programs. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical, communication and writing skills with a background in facilities project validation, assessments & analysis. The position also involves handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment. The candidate will work in a collaborative setting across multiple organizations to meet client goals.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

* Supporting the development and implementation of FSRM policies and business processes across multiple organizations.
* Analyzing data from building infrastructure assessments, basic facility requirements, real property inventories, space utilization surveys, etc.
* Supporting all annual FRSM project validation activities to ensure a robust project portfolio.
* Applying creativity and systematic analysis to uncover challenge areas facing the client's FSRM program.
* Managing existing and available data to optimize performance of policy and business processes.
* Providing technical direction and guidance to field installations and activities in areas of technical expertise.
* Serving as proponent of the client's FSRM program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

* BS degree required in engineering, architecture or related field
* At least 6 years of experience with working within the facilities and infrastructure sector
* Strong understanding of tools such as BUILDER and Maximo
* Experience working with DoD or other federal agencies
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience with interfacing and briefing mid-to-senior level military officers and government civilians
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Ability to write high-quality assessments and briefings for a senior-level audience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with direct, on-site client support
* Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and work in a collaborative team environment
* Possession of excellent analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
* MA or MS degree a plus
* Professional credential such as LEED AP

Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.
