GDIT was recently awarded the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract. We are providing knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 JSF Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network in support of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training.

We are building a team of dedicated professionals and are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst

Responsible for all aspects of F-35 JSF Change Management IAW the ITIL V3 framework. The Change Manager performs the day-to-day management of the change process, ensuring all process activities are properly performed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Receive, log, allocate, and prioritize requests for change (RFCs).
* Reject any RFCs that are totally impractical.
* Assess RFCs and ensure that risk, impact, and business benefit analyses are contained in the RFC.
* Assign RFCs to the appropriate group to evaluate the anticipated technical impact and advise whether or not the change should be implemented.
* Table all RFCs for a CCB meeting, issue an agenda, and circulate all RFCs to CCB members and SMEs in advance of meetings.
* Review all outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or awaiting action. Prioritize changes within the context of all other pending changes.
* Convene and chair CCB meetings.
* Determine who may need to attend beyond the standing CCB members.
* Convene ECCB meetings for all emergency RFCs.
* Chair all CCB and ECCB meetings.
* Authorize, schedule changes.
* After approval by the CCB/ECCB, submit all normal and emergency changes to the applicable government representative for approval.
* Submit standard changes for initial approval to CCB and government representative. Compile, maintain, and distribute list of approved standard changes.
* After government approval, authorize applicable changes.
* Submit proposed RFC date(s)/time(s) for scheduling approval.
* Perform post-implementation activities and close RFC.
* Conduct post-implementation review (PIR) to ensure change outcomes are documented.
* Produce and distribute PIR report.
* Ensure change records are updated with all progress.
* Ensure all rollbacks are documented.
* Document that changes have or have not met objectives.
* Work with the Change Management Process Owner to ensure the implementation of reporting using the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure performance reports are available to the Change Management Process Owner in a timely manner.
* Close RFCs after change is complete.
* Responsible for documenting, maintaining, operating, and continuously improving F-35 JSF Change Management process IAW the ITIL V3 framework.

Education

Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

* BA/BS degree in a technical administration discipline.

Qualifications

Required:

* 10-15 years of directly related computer systems analysis experience.
* 3-5 years experience with BMC Remedy Change Management
* ITIL V3 Intermediate certification in related area preferred
