Job Description

Integrates changes, modifications and retrofits of the KC-46 to include all of the support system elements to include spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Develops support program plans and schedules, and validates standard deliverables. Manages risks, issues and opportunities associated with change, modification and retrofit activity. Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced KC-46 Retrofit/Change Integrator who will be responsible with Integrating changes, modifications and retrofits of the KC-46 to include all of the support system elements to include spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Develops support program plans and schedules, and validates standard deliverables. Manages risks, issues and opportunities associated with change, modification and retrofit activity. Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:

* Capture and coordinate the key elements required for the retrofit implementation
* Develop and integrate a schedule for the retrofit implementation
* Develop and track risk, issues, and opportunities
* Establish regular communications with the customer to give status on activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years' experience modification / retrofit implementation on a military or commercial aircraft

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Experience in project management
* Experience with military / commercial aircraft maintenance

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
