Executive Support Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

* Deliver exceptional and timely desktop and peripheral device support to C level executives and their executive assistants.


* Test and introduce cutting edge technology solutions and tools.


* Maintain a standard level of stock of all executive devices and peripherals to quickly resolve hardware issues.


* Ensure stock replacement devices are in working order to be used when needed.


* Organize storage areas and dispose of unusable equipment.


* Support desktop and AV technology used for on site meetings and be in attendance to assist.


* Assist with service optimization efforts by raising process issues with the team.


* Keep informed of company wide IT efforts and adhere to all technical standards.


* Document executive support procedures and update process improvements.


* Build and maintain solid working relationships with business customers


* Establish and maintain key relationships across technical teams to address and escalate issues when needed.



Skills and Abilities

* Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills


* Experience supporting a business critical desktop environment


* Strong understanding of Windows 10 and Mac OS X support


* Ability to work across technical teams to quickly resolve issues
