Job Description

Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications (Outlook, Entourage, PDA based email).

Managing and supporting Lync 2013 Environment involving Administration, configuration, Troubleshooting, Clustering, interacting with other helpdesk team to resolve these issues, Patching

Managing, Supporting & Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment,

Strong understanding of MS Exchange enterprise environment in Backup

Monitor and maintain Windows Exchange infrastructure Active Directory, ActiveSync, BlackBerry, DNS, syslog

Knowledge on scripting is must for designing and modifying the current scripts in the environment

Administration and configuration of Symantec Mail Server

Strong knowledge on IronPort administration and troubleshooting
